Condition:
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total letting price is required to confirm the reservation and may be paid wire transfer of credit card charge.
Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent via e-mail a voucher confirming your reservation with arrival and contact information.
Balance: The balance is due no later 30 days prior to the beginning of the letting period or immediately if the booking is made less than 30 days prior to the holiday booking start date. The balance must be sent to the owner via wire transfer or Euro check. All payments are not-refundable.
I f the balance is not paid by the appropriate date, the letting agreement will be deemed to be invalid and the deposit forfeited.
Security Deposit: A deposit of € 250,00 is to be left with the owner or his custodian upon arrival.
This money will be refunded upon your departure less a deduction for the cost of making good any loss or damage.
Insurance: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal cover; Le Cantine can not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.
Arrival and Departure: Unless other wise arranged guests must arrive between 4.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. Late arrivals by special arrangement only. The property must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Later departures by special arrangement only.
